Our photo journalism students had an insider's tour of the Texas Coffee Trader's warehouse and plant on 4th and Comal. Candice was our expert guide telling us every nuance of coffee growing, roasting and drinking. Thanks to Beth and RC, the owners for all the hospitality shown our group.
